I had a great time attending the Middle Market Multifamily Forum in Atlanta, Georgia back on June 1st June 2nd, great opportunity of networking, meeting people, like minded real estate investors, real estate operators, lenders, asset managers. So I was able to really go ahead and broaden my my contacts within the industry, certainly following up with a lot of people that I met there. really great venue, great location and really, really great panel discussions that were timely with the topics that they were discussing at the time. and what not. So I certainly would attend had an overall great experience.

Great atmosphere and intelligent speakers!
What did you like best about the event?
Not too large, easy to network, and meet people in the industry. I also enjoyed the facility (Four Seasons).
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think it went very well! I think for the future the event could be a little longer with a few more sessions.

Underwhelmed with the overall conference.
What did you like best about the event?
Overall the venue was nice and I enjoyed my time in Denver. Very central location.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The sessions were very focused on financials. I thought the networking happy hour was good and it would've been good to encourage similar setups for breakfast as well. Only lunch was sitting down in the other room for networking. Attendance was poor and was sold as having double the size of attendees. Minimal opportunities to network.

A little less downtime between panels - that took away from the excitement a bit.
