Organization and communication were excellent. The venue was great and well-prepared. The organizers managed good flow, with us seeing approx 40 attendees for a practical over 2 hours.

Great evening, well run and flowed well
What did you like best about the event?
Organization and communication were excellent. The venue was great and well-prepared. The organizers managed good flow, with us seeing approx 40 attendees for a practical over 2 hours.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would like to allow myself more time to see the exhibits and attend some of the presentations - but my impressions were all good.

Wonder about the pros and cons of having the two sessions back to back. Do attendees enjoy this structure (rather than having one session at one time and the second on a different part of the day or a different day)?
