Great experience, great content, excellent event for networking
What did you like best about the event?
The content and size of the event were conducive to learning a lot about strategies for loyalty during and after COVID and meeting a number of clients and prospects as well.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There was a bit of bifurcation between retailers and sponsors/vendors. I don't think the event should have activities split by this designation, but I get why they do it.

Fantastic conference!
What did you like best about the event?
The variety of retail attendees and the client speakers/presenters. The venue was great, the MC was fantastic (as always!)
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Nothing comes to mind. I personally did not get a lot from a couple of the keynotes, but that could be just me.
