It was a great event, very, very narrow inclusive, which we appreciated knowing that we were facilitating the workshop about neuro diversity. So we could see that there was a lot of coherence between the event and the planning and the act activities. We could not participate to any of the other conference and activities. Sadly, because we had to facilitate the workshop, but honestly, no regrets because the participants were absolutely awesome. We had some great discussions and I'm really grateful that we were invited to to this event. Thank you so much and I hope to come back here one day.

As a first-timer at CEMA Summit, I felt incredibly welcomed, and with my head still swirling from the wealth of ideas and insights, I highly recommend it to any event marketing professional looking to advance their career.
What did you like best about the event?
The warmth and welcoming spirit of all the attendees was truly amazing. But there is also outstanding content and so many different tracks, you can customize your experience to however you want to learn.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The organization of the schedule on the app was a bit confusing. Also, evening attire and addresses for each venue need to be posted and publicized.

I enjoyed speaking at CEMA.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the variety of sponsored experiences on Monday afternoon and enjoyed participating in the Whiskey tasting, well done.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The evening events were a bit too late for me to participate and the communication about the themes wasn't clear.

great opportunity to hear from industry experts and to network with peers.
What did you like best about the event?
good content, good attendees. great opportunity to network. The event is well done and fun. it's nice to escape the heat to Seattle :)
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would like to see more sessions around the client/vendor partnership and how we can all work better together. this would include how brands RFP programs, expectations and understanding when a brand/vendor is not a fit etc etc

I loved this first time experience at CEMA Summit
What did you like best about the event?
The fact that everyone was so open and available to discuss and network. The morning walks with the group was also a great way to network
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Have the schedule on the app a bit more user friendly. If the sessions could show up based on the time you are looking at the schedule. For example, on day 2 of the conference, I don't need to see the sessions that were taking place on day 1.

I'm a HUGE CEMA fan. I have always found it the best event in the industry for veterans.
What did you like best about the event?
The amazing customers and people there- and of course the city was spectacular. Overall very good.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
They should get more seasoned industry veterans to be on panels and really get into things that are affecting the industry- high F&B minimums at hotels being linked to room blocks, cancellation terms, third parties having no info, and wanting bids in two days- let's talk about it! Moreover, I think a) right after we were told it was a non-selling environment, we sat through so many "commercials" for various sponsors- also these sponsors, cities, whomever, should really come up with more creative ways to interact- what are three things you want people to takeaway? Just show a funny video or tell a cool story then three things. The four-minute videos and the rambling sales stories are boring and no one remembers. (I say this to my team too) b) the education- the education this year was not nearly as good as in years gone by and I'm not sure why. I also heard from several customers that they thought the intro and setup were too long and then when things were actually getting interesting, it was over.

I think this year's CEMA was one of the best, but I miss the days when CEMA was smaller and more intimate.

The place was huge and our workshop room was a bit hidden. So it was a bit of a challenge in this aspect. Maybe have clearer signage to make some activities more visible and help find your way.
