One platform multiple grade teams available & Speaker were excellent as well on line can be join & get the opportunity to speak as well.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Not specific, keep going . Yes if any team person is leaving the organization please take over the communication by some other team member to avoid any communication gap.

The start of the conference could at 9am or 9:30am. The location and the food is good. Could consider also if the conference location to be at Malaysia.
