"It would be nicer if the organization assisted the exhibitors more so there would be a larger presence. I felt like this Routes Americas did not have much to offer as far as exhibits are concerned."

The location was great and well situated. I did like the last night as well. The staff is also very nice.

    The Quality of the meetings with the planners was very conducive for future businesses.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Improve the quality of the food during the lunch breaks. Reduce the time of the speeches during the opening event.

    I thought the conference was well done especially the meetings, the vendors, the speakers and the location.
    What did you like best about the event?
    The meetings with the airlines, how the meetings were set up, and the flow of the meeting hall were good. The location and transportation were also good.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I think that the speaker area needs to be in a separate room to cut down on the noise and should be larger to accommodate the number of attendees. There also has to be more water available and taste disposal boxes. There should be more seating for those waiting for their next meeting or doing work.

    It's not a favorite, but Ryan Green from Southwest Airlines was more relevant to me.

    It was a nice and focused event.
    What did you like best about the event?
    It is well arranged, and it is great to have all the important airports in one place—suitable quality accommodation.

    The calendar of meetings was a bit unclear. We couldn’t block time in the beginning or decide when to have a meeting.
