"Great Virtual Conference"

TAW was a well put-together virtual conference that had dozens of sessions over the course of the week. This platform was great, because normally in a live conference, you can't attend every session. Thanks to Eventible, the sessions were all recorded, so I could view them all!

    I was actually impressed with the event. I didn't thought that so many people were going to attend. the topics that were discussed was a great knowledge transfer, I would say. And I like that, I saw people from different industries, different specialities and in general, I really like the quality of the audience. I did saw many junior professionals that went to try to learn from experience once. So I would say that I would definitely recommend people to go and you will have fun, you will learn a lot of great stuff and you will meet new people.

    I had a great time, speaking as a moderator at Talent Acquisition Week. And the only thing I would say is that, because I didn't have a double monitor, I wasn't able to see the questions as they were coming in the chat box for the Q/A at the end. So that was on my part. I wasn't able to see it in real time and answer them at the end. But Kara stepped in and helped me out, which was amazing, but I will know for future to have a second monitor.

    What did you like best about the event?
    The first two days that spoke about recruitment and sourcing were engaging and practical to everyday talent acquisition practice.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The ongoing chats throughout every presentation were distracting. I understand that some people participating were in sales, but the same people would interrupt chats in each meeting multiple times just to introduce themselves and provide LI URL. This took away from the presentations.

    What did you like best about the event?
