The hybrid approach makes it easy to participate and feel a part of the event even being at home.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Maybe have virtual backgrounds created so the speakers all looked uniform.

An unmissable event!
What did you like best about the event?
It was a well-organised event with great speakers allocated in an efficient order.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The exhibitor's hall was slightly disappointing. Lots of sales not much in the way of practical workshops that improve HR skills (lots of listening but not much participation and gaining new skills). Also, I would like to see more (celebration) of the CIPD as an institute and what it offers in terms of a toolbox for all people professionals.
