Enjoyable virtual experience. However, I wish there were audible notifications because I missed a few immediate connections with guests. Site lagged a little and had to constantly refresh pages. However, easy to use when watching speakers.
What did you like best about the event?
I loved the variety of speakers and exhibitors. It was a nice mixture of education and fun!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would say have moderators in the public areas to engage guests in chat. Maybe to exhibitor shout outs or spotlights in the chat.

3 days of great and informative HR sessions and networking with peers!
What did you like best about the event?
I love learning, so the sessions were my favorite.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Possibly add a fourth day. Although the sessions are available on-demand, I'd love to be able to have more than 9 sessions over the 3 days--maybe a 4th day for catch up? Something like that!

Informative and convenient way to learn and grow in the human resources field
What did you like best about the event?
The keynotes were very informative, not just for HR professionals. I also enjoyed being able to choose the remaining courses throughout the day that were pertinent or of most interest to my role.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Many streaming platforms have closed captioning. This could have been useful and created a more inclusive environment. I would also like a way to download ALL presenter materials (keynote day 3 was not available) as well as having the videos be available past 60 days.

It was short lived. Because I was still in the office, I missed several sessions due to work.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the interaction with peers and the exposure to new vendors that offer benefits outside of medical dental and vision.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Some speakers have really adopted well to the new format. Other speakers still view it as another zoom call and it shows. There is a difference in the delivery options and it shows.
