    I learned about new resources, innovative strategies, and connecting with other learning professionals.
    What did you like best about the event?
    It was my first ATD TK, and I enjoyed connecting with other professionals on their strategies. It's nice to hear what others are doing and find new creative ways to approach learning. I very much appreciated the BYOD sessions - doing some hands-on activities to learn was great. I loved the opportunities to connect outside of the conference sessions as well.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I understand the limitations of space, but I struggled with some of the Studio TK events, especially with limited headsets when they were more popular events.

    I attended the design courses - I appreciated the session on using known games to build training.

    Excellent Experience at ATD TechKnowledge.
    What did you like best about the event?
    The different types of programming during the conference. There was enough variance to keep it interesting.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I wasn't a big fan of attending a vendor presentation to get lunch. I used the time to get other work done and bought some snacks. Lunch is typically a time when I catch up with peers or take a meeting. I wish there were more flexibility with that time slot.

    I'm not a huge fan of the sessions where people have to wear headsets. I like a dynamic environment, but it is not ideal for learning.
