It's small but big enough. There is a wide variety of suppliers, but not too many, so you can talk to a lot of them and plan meetings with a lot of them.

    Conventa is indeed a boutique event. It is very easy to talk to different suppliers from all over the region. The connection is quick and close, and feels very comfortable. It is also very useful and easy to plan your meeting in advance with the suppliers you want to meet.
    What did you like best about the event?
    It's small but big enough. There is a wide variety of suppliers, but not too many, so you can talk to a lot of them and plan meetings with a lot of them.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The sustainable gift (coffee mug) in the hotel room would maybe be more sustainable if you kept this at the convention at the entrance. So people who don't want or need the coffee mug don't have it in their hotel room. Also, a good system so the mugs can be re-used during the convention days is needed. As well as install a water-point where people can fill up their reusable bottles or glasses themselves.
