It was a much bigger event this year than last year, which I really enjoyed spreading out into two halls. I also really enjoyed the opportunity to speak and talk about payments, which is something I'm passionate about. And the rest of the panel were a really good group of guys as well. So I think the discussion we had was really interesting and really informative.

My experience at the event was great. I was there as a speaker. It was pretty well laid out. The speaker area was really nice to have a space where you could go and, and prep, um, and have drinks and food and snacks. and just see a quiet space because there was lots to do at the show. It was a little bit overwhelming trying to find my way around. Definitely felt like you needed a couple of days to explore the place.

I really enjoyed my time at RTS, great mix of partners and vendors.
What did you like best about the event?
The talks were very informative and the layout was really easy to move around without feeling cramped.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The stall numbers on the handheld maps were too small to read. No job roles on the name badges - this is vital at an event to understand who you are about to speak to. No list of attendee names and companies

The versatility of attendees, speakers, zones, and sessions. The overall organization of the event was fantastic!

Well organized. Good variety of vendors. Good speakers lounge - I was able to get work done before my time on stage.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Find a way to make the theatres a bit more conducive. Easier to hear the speaker, maybe a larger audience size.

What did you like best about the event?
Number of exhibitors and diversity. Good to get an opportunity to network with several vendors and interact with potential customers.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There is little focus on sessions and mainly on the exhibition. The sessions added a lot of value to attendees, and the halls were too small for the sessions.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More easily accessible information about what was going on and where it was as you walked around the show that didn't rely on the information provided in the handouts. It would have been great to plan more in advance or read a billboard at the event etc.
