"Great place to meet retail decision makers"

I really appreciated the quality of the speakers during the appointments at the stands and the unplaced lunches allowing me to meet other people. The overall organization was good, with the easy shuttle system between the forum and the hotels.

What did you like best about the event?

The large concentration of other vendors and quality of contacts with whom I could have meaningful conversations about partnerships in the payments and e-commerce platform space.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

1. Have networking tracks for vendors according to solutions type or industry (such as Payments, Marketplaces, eComm platforms etc.) 2. The sit-down lunch takes too much of the day; it's preferable to serve light lunches/snacks without the need to go to a dining area with tables and waiters.

The gala evening was disappointing this year as there was not enough food for all the tables, and some late people did not get access to the evening.
