    I thought the event was really good this year. It was encouraging to see not only the technical side of retail show up, but also a lot of business leaders very excited about what's gonna happen in 2024.

    Huge opportunity to learn and grow.
    What did you like best about the event?
    There were a ton of people this year, booths were packed, and there were many new partners and merchants to meet.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    There were a number of canceled speaker sessions. It's not the event's fault, but it's disappointing—more food vendors.

    I did not have very smooth audio, video, and presentation execution during my session.
    What did you like best about the event?
    The attendees and organizations were very appropriate to the event and context. The layout and other management were very good as well.

    My experience at the 2024 NRF Expo was great!
    What did you like best about the event?
    Especially for such a massive event, it was very well organized, and there were plenty of staff members to answer questions.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    If possible, lowering the cost of food and beverages at the event would be helpful. Also, having “You are here” maps displaying all the booth locations on that floor could help people find where they need to go in such a prominent place.

    It was great seeing so many customers attend the show. There was much excitement about how we could innovate in retail together.
    What did you like best about the event?
    The fact that business leaders were more present than in prior years shows genuine interest and intent to invest in the technologies that will take their companies to the next level.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Easier access to food and a place to eat (just a sitting space) would be great. Also, I wouldn't say I liked how loudspeakers from the booth outside a big ideas session were spilling into the Saks off 5th session.

    Everything was perfect, but some women's bathrooms only had two stalls. I would also add that there should be more charging/workstations for people who need to power up and recharge equipment during sessions.
